Typically intended for individuals aged 60 and over; younger adults with relevant clinical needs may be considered following assessment by our multidisciplinary team.

Users must use the site and services lawfully and not submit fraudulent, defamatory, or harmful content. Medical records and referrals provided must be accurate and lawful.

Service availability is subject to local licensing and may be limited to residents or citizens of Malaysia unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Account Terms

Some areas of EliteMStay.club may require account creation for booking, payment, and accessing clinical records. Users are responsible for maintaining accurate information.

You must provide truthful and current information. Misrepresentations that affect clinical care or billing may result in service refusal or termination.

Protect your account credentials. EliteMStay uses industry-standard controls to protect data but is not responsible for account compromise due to user negligence.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable without prior written agreement from EliteMStay.

If you suspect account compromise, notify EliteMStay immediately at +60120046344 and follow recommended steps to secure your account.

EliteMStay may suspend accounts for suspected abuse, safety concerns, or non-payment, pending contribute.

Scope of Services

EliteMStay provides integrated senior sanatorium services including medical oversight, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, nutritional planning, structured activities, and secure residential accommodation. Specific services and staffing levels are described in program materials and individualized care plans.

Service offerings and scheduling may be adjusted to reflect clinical best practices, regulatory requirements, or operational needs. Notice of material changes will be provided where practicable.

Access to certain therapies or specialists may be subject to availability. EliteMStay will make reasonable efforts to provide equivalent alternatives if a particular resource is unavailable.

House Rules and Conduct

To maintain a safe, respectful, and therapeutic environment, residents and visitors must comply with facility rules.

• Respect other residents and staff; no abusive or disruptive behavior.
• Follow clinical instructions from physicians and therapists.
• Observe visiting hours and check-in procedures for guests.
• Adhere to medication management and storage policies.
• No illicit substances on premises; smoking only in designated areas.
• Report safety hazards or incidents to staff promptly.
• Comply with fire safety and evacuation procedures.

User Content

Users may submit feedback, photos, or testimonials. Content should be truthful and not infringe third-party rights.

Users retain ownership of original content they submit, subject to the license granted below.

By submitting content, you grant EliteMStay a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and reproduce the content for service improvement and marketing purposes, unless you request removal as described below.

Users are responsible for the accuracy and legality of submitted content and must not upload protected health information of third parties without consent.

Requests to remove user-submitted content will be reviewed and actioned in accordance with applicable law and privacy obligations.

Intellectual Property

All site content, activity, logos, and program materials are the intellectual property of EliteMStay or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

• Do not reproduce site content for commercial use without prior written permission.
• Do not remove proprietary notices or attempt to reverse-engineer proprietary software.
• Respect third-party copyright and licensing terms when sharing materials.

Paid Services

Certain EliteMStay programs and accommodations are fee-based. Pricing is set out in service-specific materials and booking agreements.

Fees reflect clinical staffing, accommodation standards, therapy sessions, and ancillary services. Price quotes provided are based on assessed needs and selected package components.

Payments are accepted by bank transfer, card, or other methods specified at booking. Full payment terms are included in the service agreement.

Ongoing care packages may be structured as periodic billing cycles. Details of renewal and termination rights will be provided at enrolment.

Refunds, where applicable, are handled per the specific service agreement and after consideration of costs incurred and services rendered to date.

Cancellation policies vary by program. Notice periods and any applicable fees are set out in the booking confirmation.

Applicable taxes or levies will be shown on invoices and are payable in addition to listed fees.

Prices may be adjusted from time to time to reflect operating costs and regulatory changes. Existing confirmed bookings will be honoured at the agreed rate unless otherwise specified.

Non-payment may lead to suspension or termination of services and recovery actions as allowed by law.

Clinical Disclaimer

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, EliteMStay is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or services, except where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable statute.

Third-Party Services

EliteMStay may partner with external providers for specialist services. Third-party terms may apply and EliteMStay is not responsible for third-party conduct beyond reasonable selection and oversight.

Termination

Either party may terminate service agreements in accordance with the terms set out in the specific contract. Emergency or safety reasons may warrant immediate termination.

On termination, outstanding fees become payable and access to facilities and services will cease. Clinical records will be retained and handled according to privacy policies.

Privacy and Data Protection

EliteMStay collects and processes personal and health information necessary for care delivery, billing, and regulatory compliance. Data is stored securely and access is limited to authorized personnel.

Communications

EliteMStay will communicate about bookings, clinical updates, and billing via phone, email, and secure portals. Emergency communications may be provided by phone.

Changes to Terms

EliteMStay may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be published on the site with an updated effective date.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia and any disputes will be subject to the relevant Malaysian courts unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Dispute Resolution

Parties should attempt to resolve disputes by good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may proceed to mediation or court as permitted under Malaysian law.
